Why I created Trader’s Angle
I’m an FX trader, and Trader’s Angle grew out of the research I do for my own trading. I spend time following economic data, central banks and the expectations driving currencies. This website is a way to share that personal work with others who want to understand what sits behind the price.
My aim is to make that process easier to follow: bring the important developments together, explain why they matter and turn them into a clear view of the market. I hope it saves readers time and helps them build their own informed perspective.
What you’ll find here
Currency outlooks, central-bank analysis, reactions to economic releases and trade ideas with the reasoning behind them. Each thesis sets out the drivers, upcoming catalysts, risks and what would invalidate the view.
The focus is on the thinking behind a trade. A direction alone tells you very little without understanding why it makes sense and when that reasoning stops holding up.
How I approach the work
I separate reported facts from my interpretation, explain uncertainty and update my views when the evidence changes. This is my perspective as a trader, and I can be wrong. The purpose is to support your research and judgement; your decisions and risk remain your own.
Beyond the price.
